Any junior high or high school guy or girl interested in wrestling this coming season, starting Monday (10/12) we’ll be lifting after school for anyone not in a fall sport still. Days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You are encouraged to come all 4 days but pick at least 2. Lifting sessions will run 3:15pm-4:30pm for those needing to schedule rides. On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, after lifting we’ll have open mats until approximately 5-5:30pm depending on numbers. Female athletes, I suggest bringing a friend of similar size to guarantee you have someone to drill with.
I will need to know who and what days you will be attending so we can track names for COVID-19 protocols, etc.
